Chauffeured Travel, Planned Around Seattle
Getting around the Puget Sound is less about distance than timing. A flight into SEA can land early, a Friday afternoon on I-5 can double a drive, and a game at Lumen Field fills the streets around Pioneer Square for an hour either side. Our chauffeurs live in the neighborhoods we serve and plan every trip around traffic, bridge crossings and ferry schedules, so the schedule you set is the one you keep.
Most of our work falls into a few kinds of trips. Airport transfers are tracked against your flight, with a meet-and-greet inside baggage claim if you ask for one. Corporate travel covers single executives and multi-stop days between Seattle, Bellevue and Redmond. Weddings get one point of contact who knows the whole day, and wine tours build the waiting time into the package.
Every vehicle in the fleet is late-model, detailed before each trip and kept on a strict service schedule. Groups of up to 12 travel together in the Executive Sprinter Van; larger celebrations of up to 30 fit on the party bus. If you are not sure which vehicle fits, tell us the headcount and the plan and we will recommend one. You can also read how we are licensed and who drives for us.
FAQ
Before You Book
Do you track my flight?
Yes. Flight tracking is included on every SEA-TAC pickup, so an early landing or a delay moves the pickup with it. Read our guide to SEA-TAC pickups for where your chauffeur meets you.
Can I book a car for today?
Often, yes. We accommodate same-day requests depending on fleet availability, so call dispatch between 5 AM and 1 AM and we will tell you what is open.
Which areas do you cover?
We dispatch throughout King, Snohomish and Pierce counties, with regular routes to Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland and Woodinville. See the service area for city pages, or call about destinations farther out.
How much does a limousine cost?
It depends on the vehicle, how long you need it, and the date. Our rates and FAQ page explains what goes into a quote, and a reservation request gets you an exact figure.
How can I check that a limousine company is licensed?
Washington licenses limousine carriers through the Department of Licensing. You can check any carrier with DOL’s license lookup.
