Planning Around Puget Sound Traffic

Distances around Seattle are short; travel times are not predictable. The same drive from the Eastside to downtown can take twenty minutes at midday and far longer at the height of the evening commute, and the lake crossings — the SR 520 floating bridge and I-90 — are where most of that variation happens. We plan every pickup around the actual time of day, not a map estimate.

Airport runs

For departures from Tacoma, Everett or the north Eastside, allow for I-5 or I-405 at peak hours on top of the time you want at the airport. Arrivals are simpler: your chauffeur tracks the flight and adjusts. Our SEA-TAC pickup guide explains where you meet.

Game days and big events

Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park and Climate Pledge Arena draw heavy traffic before and after events. Being dropped at the curb avoids the parking search entirely; see game and concert transportation.

Crossing the lake

SR 520 is a toll bridge, and our corporate clients moving between Seattle, Bellevue and Redmond often need several crossings in a day. Tell us the whole itinerary and we sequence the stops to keep the crossings to a minimum.
