Hourly Chauffeur Service in Seattle

A point-to-point booking is one trip: a pickup at one address and a drop-off at another, with the time and route set when you reserve. It is the right fit for a ride to dinner or a run to the airport, like our SEA-TAC airport limo service.

Hourly service, also called as-directed service, reserves the vehicle and chauffeur for a block of time instead of a single trip. Inside that block you decide where to go and in what order. The chauffeur waits while you are inside, then drives to the next stop when you are ready. Shopping bags, jackets and paperwork stay in the vehicle.

When hourly makes more sense

• You have several stops and do not know exactly how long each will take.
• You want the same vehicle and chauffeur waiting at every stop instead of booking separate rides.
• The plan may change during the day, or you would rather decide as you go.

When point-to-point is simpler

One pickup, one drop-off, a set time and nothing in between. If you are not sure which to book, describe the day in your quote request and the reservations team will build the plan around your schedule.

Shopping days

Spend the day at The Bellevue Collection, which includes Bellevue Square, Lincoln Square and Bellevue Place at NE 8th Street and Bellevue Way in Bellevue. Or head north on I-5 to Seattle Premium Outlets in Tulalip, beyond Everett. Bags go back to the vehicle between stops, and the ride home is waiting when you are done.

Errands and appointments

A day of appointments, a move with several stops, or a relative who needs help getting around town. Hourly service keeps one driver on hand for all of it, so nobody waits on a new ride between each stop.

Visiting clients

A day of meetings across Seattle, Bellevue and Redmond, with the chauffeur waiting outside each office. Chittenden Locks in Ballard, built by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, have a fish ladder, a visitor center and a botanical garden. Nights out

The block you book should cover the whole plan, including the parts that are easy to underestimate.

• Drive time between stops. Crossing Lake Washington on SR 520 or I-90 takes longer at commute hours, and the Eastside-to-downtown run is where schedules slip. Traffic varies, and your chauffeur plans around it.
• Time at each stop. Meetings run over and lunches stretch. Add a cushion to anything without a fixed end time.
• Getting in and out. In dense areas such as downtown and Pike Place Market, walking to the car and loading bags adds a few minutes at every stop.
• The first and last legs. Count the ride from your first pickup and the ride home as part of the day.
