Party Bus Rental in Seattle

The party bus is the largest vehicle in our fleet and the one built for a group to celebrate together on the way. It pairs full bar seating with a dance floor and a sound system, so the ride is part of the event rather than the gap between stops.

Like every vehicle we run, it is late-model, detailed before each trip and maintained on a strict service schedule. Your chauffeur is licensed, background-checked and trained in defensive driving and in Seattle traffic and event logistics.

How many guests fit comfortably

Thirty passengers is the limit, not the target. A group right at 30 fills the bus, so if you want room to move around, keep the guest list a few below the maximum. Count everyone who will ride at any point, including guests who join for only one leg of the night.

When a smaller vehicle fits better

For 14 or fewer, the SUV Limousine offers bar seating in a stretched SUV. For up to 12 with conference-style seating and luggage space, the Executive Sprinter Van suits team outings and tours. A group larger than 30 can ask about pairing the party bus with a second vehicle, depending on availability.

A party bus night works best with a loose plan and a few fixed times.

• Pickups. One pickup address is simplest. If guests are spread between Seattle, Bellevue and Tacoma, meeting at one place saves time for everyone.
• Stops. List every stop and any reservation times. Let restaurants and venues know a group of your size will arrive together.
• Loading. A bus needs more curb space than a car. Ask each venue where a large vehicle can pull up, especially at downtown hotels and busy streets.
• Traffic. Allow extra time on I-5 and across Lake Washington at commute hours. Traffic varies, and your chauffeur plans around it.
• The finish. Decide in advance when the night ends and whether the bus drops everyone at one address or several.

Washington regulates party buses differently from limousines. Limousines, including executive sedans, stretch limousines, stretch SUVs and executive vans, are licensed by the Department of Licensing. State law defines a party bus as a vehicle whose interior lets passengers stand and circulate because seating is placed around the perimeter or is nonexistent (RCW 81.70.020). Party bus operators are charter party or excursion service carriers, regulated by the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (UTC), and they need a UTC certificate before they can operate or advertise. Alcohol on board

Washington has a statute written for exactly this, RCW 81.70.380. In summary:

• Before the trip, the carrier must determine whether alcohol will be served or consumed on board.
• If it will be, the law places duties on the holder of the liquor permit: provide a copy of the permit to the carrier in advance, be on the bus or close by during the trip, keep party activities from distracting the driver, and take responsibility for making sure no one under 21 is served.
• If the carrier believes conditions on board have become unsafe because of alcohol, it must lock the drinks away, and it may end the trip and return passengers to where they started.
• A carrier may prohibit alcohol on board entirely.

State law also bars charter and excursion carriers from knowingly letting passengers smoke on board. If your group is thinking about drinks, raise it when you request a quote so the requirements are settled well before the day.
