Wedding Limousine Service in Seattle

Count heads for each leg of the day rather than one total. The people riding to the ceremony are rarely the same group riding to the reception, and the last ride of the night is different again.

The wedding party

The stretch limousine seats up to 10, with leather seating, mood lighting and a privacy divider, which covers most bridal parties. Larger groups can use the SUV limousine for up to 14 or the Executive Sprinter Van for up to 12.

The couple

For the getaway, book a car of its own for the end of the night: the stretch limousine for a classic send-off, or an executive sedan for up to three when you would rather slip away quietly while the party carries on.

Guests

For guests moving between a hotel and the venue, the luxury party bus carries up to 30. When the ceremony and reception are in different places, a shuttle means guests are not looking for parking twice. Often two vehicles solve more than one large one: a limousine for the wedding party and a van or bus for family and guests, each on its own schedule.

List every stop first: where each group gets ready, the ceremony, any photo locations, the reception and the hotel at the end of the night. What changes the schedule around Seattle

• Crossing Lake Washington. A ceremony in Seattle and a reception in Bellevue or Kirkland means crossing on I-90 or the SR 520 bridge. WSDOT tolls SR 520 in both directions, with lower rates on nights and weekends; I-90 is not tolled.
• Game days. If your hotel, venue or route is near Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park or Climate Pledge Arena, check their event calendars for your date before you set times.
• Photo stops. Kerry Park, on West Highland Drive, looks across Elliott Bay to downtown and the Space Needle, with Mount Rainier behind on clear days. A stop like that takes time to park, walk and shoot, so put it in the plan with its own time slot.
• The end of the night. Decide in advance who rides where after the reception, so the right vehicle is waiting for the couple, the wedding party and the guests going back to the hotel.

Seattle Parks and Recreation takes outdoor ceremony reservations in almost any of its 400 parks, including the Washington Park Arboretum, Kubota Garden, Parsons Gardens and the Volunteer Park Conservatory. Several park rules affect the day’s plan:

• Vehicles are not allowed onto park grounds, and the city cannot reserve parking for a ceremony. Plan where the wedding party is dropped off and where guests will park or be shuttled from.
• Applications must be received at least 30 days before the event, so settle the park and time before finalizing vehicles.
• Ceremony sites are alcohol-free under the Park Code.
• Photography is included at your reserved park during the permit hours only. Photos at another city park need a separate photography permit, applied for 3 to 14 days ahead.

Some gardens are stricter. The Seattle Japanese Garden, inside the Washington Park Arboretum, does not host weddings or allow wedding photo shoots, so check a garden’s own rules before adding it to the route.
