What Goes Into a Quote

Two trips that look alike on a map can be priced differently. These are the things that move the number, so you can shape the booking before you ask.

The vehicle

Larger vehicles cost more to run. Match the vehicle to the headcount and the luggage rather than booking up; the fleet page lists what each one carries.

How the trip is booked

A point-to-point ride, such as an airport transfer, is quoted for that journey. An hourly booking keeps the vehicle and chauffeur with you for a block of time and is quoted by the hour. Weddings, proms and tours are usually hourly, because the day has several stops and waiting in between.

When you travel

Saturdays in wedding season and prom weekends are the busiest days of the year for chauffeured vehicles. Booking early matters more than anything else on those dates.

Where you go

Trips within King, Snohomish and Pierce counties are routine. Longer runs — to Olympia, Vancouver WA or the mountains — take more time and need advance notice; tell us the destination when you ask.

FAQ

Common Questions

What happens if my flight is early or delayed?

Flight tracking is included on every SEA-TAC pickup, so the pickup follows your flight’s actual arrival rather than the time on your booking.

Where does my chauffeur meet me at SEA?

Under the Port of Seattle’s rules, pre-arranged limousines pick up on the Arrival Drive (lower drive) in the Load and Unload lanes. If you ask for a meet-and-greet, your chauffeur meets you inside baggage claim with a name sign and walks with you to the vehicle, which is parked in the limousine stalls on the third floor of the parking garage. The Port’s page has the current details, and our pickup guide walks through it.

Can I book for the same day?

We accommodate same-day requests depending on fleet availability. Call dispatch between 5 AM and 1 AM for the fastest answer.

How far ahead should I book?

For airport transfers and business travel, a day or two ahead is comfortable. For weddings, proms and big events, book as soon as your date is set — the larger vehicles are the first to be reserved on busy weekends.

Which vehicle do I need for my group?

Up to 3 passengers fit the Executive Sedan, up to 10 the Stretch Limousine, up to 12 the Sprinter Van, up to 14 the SUV Limousine, and up to 30 the party bus. Those are maximums; leave room for luggage on longer trips.

Is Prestigious Limousine licensed?

Washington licenses limousine carriers through the Department of Licensing (chapter 46.72A RCW), and party buses operate under the Utilities and Transportation Commission as charter and excursion carriers. Our license details are on the About page, and you can check any carrier with DOL’s license lookup.

Which areas do you serve?

King, Snohomish and Pierce counties, with regular routes to Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland and Woodinville. See the service area for city pages.
