Small group transfers

Washington’s limousine rules, WAC 308-83-010, include an executive van category: a van or minivan seating five to 14 passengers behind the driver. Unlike the stretch categories, it calls for no lengthened wheelbase or rear-cabin amenities. The state’s charter party carrier law does not apply to limousine carriers under chapter 46.72A RCW (RCW 81.70.030), so limousines, vans included, are licensed by the Department of Licensing rather than the Utilities and Transportation Commission.
