Executive Sedan Service in Seattle

The sedan is built for small parties with somewhere to be: one traveler heading to the airport, two colleagues going to a client meeting in Bellevue, or a visiting executive with a day of appointments.

Airport runs

Every SEA pickup is flight-tracked, so an early or delayed arrival moves the pickup with it. Pre-arranged limousines pick up on the lower Arrival Drive; with meet-and-greet, on request, your chauffeur waits in baggage claim with a name sign and walks you across the skybridge to the limousine stalls in the parking garage. Business travel

Book the sedan point-to-point, or through hourly chauffeur service with no fixed itinerary. Companies with regular travel can arrange corporate car service with a dedicated account contact and a standing vehicle assignment.

Three passengers is the maximum. One or two travelers have room to spread out, work or make calls. Three is comfortable across town and a closer fit on a longer drive to Tacoma or Everett.

Luggage is where a sedan shows its limits: a trunk that suits one or two travelers fills quickly when three people each bring a large suitcase. Tell us your bag count when you request a quote, including golf or ski bags. If the luggage outgrows the trunk, the Executive Sprinter Van is the vehicle listed for luggage capacity.

Bottled water comes with the car. Wi-Fi is on request, so mention it when you book if you plan to work on the way.

The sedan is the smallest of our five vehicles. When a group needs more room:

• Stretch Limousine, up to 10: leather seating, mood lighting and a privacy divider, chosen for weddings, proms and anniversaries.
• Executive Sprinter Van, up to 12: conference-style seating and luggage capacity, for teams traveling together.
• SUV Limousine, up to 14: a stretched SUV with a raised roofline and bar seating, for nights out, concerts and games.

For one traveler or a pair, the sedan is usually the right size. Once a group reaches four, or the bags outnumber the people, look at the van. All five vehicles are on the fleet page.

In Washington, limousines are licensed by the Department of Licensing under chapter 46.72A RCW, and the rules sort them into categories. Under WAC 308-83-010, an executive sedan is a four-door sedan or crossover seating no more than three passengers behind the driver, with a wheelbase of at least 112 inches or a federal large-car designation, and a minimum price when new. Its wheelbase may not be altered, which is what separates it from a stretch limousine.

A carrier needs a DOL limousine carrier license before it can advertise or provide service, and each limousine needs its own vehicle certificate, carried in the vehicle. You can check any carrier’s status with the DOL license lookup.
